Under the terms of the deal, Billing Revolution will manage the processing and payment of transactions.
Motek Mobile provides wireless network operators, content providers, brands, and traditional media companies with mobile content, including applications, themes, ringtones, wallpapers, animated screensavers and ring back tones for mobile users. Billing Revolution technology enables users to make credit card purchases without a user name or PIN code requirement.
