The NFC application has been added to the companys suite of personalization software UbiQPersoMaster and enables financial institutions to personalize a customer’s NFC-enabled mobile phone with their credit card information. Tin order to make a purchase, the customer needs to wave the mobile phone in front of the NFC-enabled POS terminal and the purchase registers on the customer’s account.
This NFC personalisation application can also be used for instant issuance at the branch level using NBS’ Xpressi branch and instant issuance software, also developed UbiQ Software.The NFC phone needs only to be placed near the reader/write to allow personalisation.
