Net Element and PAY.ON launch transactional services platform in Russia

Net Element International, a provider of technology in mobile payments and value-added transactional services in emerging countries, has launched the TOT Platform, a value-added transactional services platform in partnership with PAY.ON, a global provider of online payment and risk management technologies.

The TOT Platform is a transaction processing platform that complies with security standards and requirements applicable to the international payments market.

The solution is first deployed in Russia and later on throughout the worldwide emerging market regions that are supported by PAY.ONs infrastructure. PAY.ONs systems will be combined with TOT Groups set of solutions including Aptito - Net Elements, cloud-based point-of-sale payments solution.

Net Element International owns and operates a mobile payments and transaction processing provider, TOT Group. Together with its subsidiaries, Net Element International enables e-commerce and adds value to mobile commerce environments. The company has US and Moscow headquarters.

PAY.ON offers global outsourcing services and routing for monetary transactions, wallet solutions, risk management and monitoring services, as well as various technical solutions.

In recent news, PAY.ON and payolution, a specialist in the white-label payment solutions for invoice installment payments, have expanded their agreement since 2011.
