The new one-click feature allows mobile consumers to purchase digital content and services via the browser on their mobile devices. Onebip uses an encrypted identification process to recognize users’ phone numbers so that they do not need to input any credentials such as a password or PIN. In order to confirm the transaction, they need to click on the Onebip icon. The purchase is then charged directly to their mobile phone bill.
The Onebip Mobile Browser supports smartphone platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows Phone and RIM, as well as web-connected feature phones and other devices.
Founded in 2005, Onebip powers a mobile payment network which provides online merchant users with connectivity to more than 200 mobile network operators and service coverage in 58 countries around the world.
