With ORCC’s mobile browser bill payment service, when the biller’s payment website is accessed from a mobile device, the service detects whether the user is accessing the payment website via a desktop computer or a mobile device. If the latter, the customer is automatically routed to the biller’s new, mobile-optimized site.
