With the new app, a customer can use a table number to place her order and then pay the bill, all of these without having to be waited on by a waiter. The app also uses Eagle Eye’s ‘integrated vouchers’ services, which means customers can redeem offers with their voucher codes.
The app can be used across all of PizzaExpress’ over 470 restaurants. A similar app, Qkr!, has also been launched by wagamama in collaboration with Mastercard.
