Qatar: Vodafone recharge vouchers available via mobile phones for Doha Bank customers

Mobile network operator Vodafone Qatar has extended its agreement with Qatar financial services provider Doha Bank to allow Vodafone Red recharge vouchers to be purchased through mobile phones using Doha Bank’s mobile banking application, online media outlet gulf-times.com reports.

According to the same source, Vodafone Qatar and Doha Bank are already in a partnership agreement which covers debit transactions, Doha Bank ATM recharge and online banking for Vodafone subscribers and Doha Bank customers.

In May 2011, Vodafone Qatar launched its 128-bit encrypted Vodafone Secure Credit Card Payment system to allow customers to conduct credit card transactions online.
