As a result, the enhanced Regions Mobile Banking service is set to enable Regions Online Banking customers to carry out banking activities via their mobile phones through text banking or by downloading the iPhone app.
The Regions Mobile Banking service is set to allow customers to check balances and transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, locate the nearest Regions branch and ATM, as well as receive text banking alerts.
Regions Financial currently counts USD 132 billion in assets. Regions Bank operates over 1,800 banking offices and 2,200 ATMs across the US.
