The announcement comes after Senior Vice President for mobile Injong Rhee told investors in June that the company would postpone the initial launch in order to have it coincide with Samsungs next flagship model. Samsung said in a statement that it plans to roll out the service in the UK, Spain and China, with partners to be named in each market.
