Under the terms of the deal, Sequent is expected to use the ViVOtech trusted service manager (TSM) software, which enables commercial NFC mobile payment deployments of customers and partners and allows consumers to make payments and other transactions with their mobile devices. Thus, ViVOtechs TSM software architecture is set to allow Sequent to transfer card, coupon and ticket data directly from bank card systems or the banks legacy card personalization bureaus.
