Siemens CMT to roll out mobile payment platform

Siemens Communications, Media and Technology (CMT), a global partner for communication and media demands, is set to launch its walletXpress mobile payment platform, which is set to provide services and products in the area of multimedia, ticketing, energy and heat.

The walletXpress platform, which represents a carrier-grade solution, is set to address the unbanked and developing countries.

The walletXpress platform will be launched at the annual conference and exhibition Mobile Money Global, which will take place in Dubai between 1 and 2 November 2011.
