Non-users can receive money via the Wing Wei Luy service using a security code for access to cash at Wing Cash Xpress points. Smart Mobile provides SIM cards including special numbers selection service, mobile voice calls, SMS and MMS capabilities, GPRS and high-speed data access via EDGE technology.
