Under the agreement, the mobile wallet service is set to be the same for all operators, providing end users with the same payment options. Therefore, if a user wants to change the mobile service provider, the mobile wallet service remains the same and no extra fees are applied.
The new 4T service is set to be delivered by both PayEx and Accumulate, whereas the account holding and infrastructure services are set to be developed and operated for 4T by PayEx only.
The mobile wallet application and security are based on Accumulates mobile security platform dubbed ME. The mobile payment service is set to provide users with different payment options including online payments, M2M payments, P2P payments as well as POS payments.
