Under the terms of the deal, international workers, travelers and visitors who are using Wataniya prepaid cards in Kuwait, can now recharge the prepaid mobile phone of their family back home. To perform an international top-up, the sender needs to SMS 1919 with the selected amount denomination and destination number. The transaction will be processed via the TransferTo secure platform and both the sender and the receiver will receive notifications by SMS.
