Under the agreement, the companies are set to launch a joint service by integrating Zebras MZmobile receipt printers with Hybrids payment platforms to enable mobile payment acceptance in fleet, delivery, logistics and retail industries. The service is set to be available in the US by the end of Q2 2012.
Zebra Technologies provides bar code, receipt, card, kiosk and RFID printers and supplies, as well as real-time location services.
Hybrid Paytech enables payment systems focusing on authentication, approved security and merchant adoption in fleet, delivery, logistics and retail industries. The company has market access to over 3 million merchants worldwide.
