ZenSports expands payments offering to include Skrill

Monday 1 July 2019 13:50 CET | News

Skrill, an e-wallet provider and part of Paysafe Group, has announced a partnership with ZenSports, a mobile P2P sports-betting marketplace.

Under the deal, ZenSports, focusing on the international market, has integrated the e-wallet Skrill, allowing customers to start making transactions with e-money.

ZenSports, which enables international bettors outside the US to create real-money sports wagers to be accepted by other users within the brand’s mobile marketplace, has focused exclusively on cryptocurrency payments. Players previously making a deposit or cashing-out at the brand’s iOS and Android apps via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin can now choose to also make online transactions through Skrill, allowing them to upload or withdraw funds in a fiat currency of their choice.

The addition of Skrill, which supports over 40 fiat currencies and 18 languages, aims to complement ZenSports’ international focus. Players will also have the ability to upload funds to their ZenSports account and receive payments on winning wagers in real-time. Skrill is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
