Citi expands Global Electronic Bank Account Management

Global financial services company Citigroup has made available its Global Electronic Bank Account Management (eBAM) service in 22 countries across the EMEA region, North America and Asia.

The Global Electronic Bank Account Management allows clients to manage their Citi bank accounts electronically. The Citi eBAM Premier is a web-based application available via the CitiDirect BE portal, Citi’s Online Banking platform. Using Web 2.0 Design concepts, eBAM enables customers to manage their global Citi accounts.

The service allows Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions clients to centralize account administration or establish a Shared Service Center. The Citi eBAM Premier incorporates a series of features which enable controls and information security, visibility of requests and less paperwork.

The Citi eBAM is available in the US, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jersey (Channel Islands), Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.
