Fairfield County Bank implements IronKey Trusted Access for Banking service

US financial institution Fairfield County Bank has made the IronKey Trusted Access for Banking service available for its online banking customers, media outlet digitalidnews.com reports. IronKeY is a provider of portable computing services. 

IronKey Trusted Access for Banking is an application of the IronKey security device. It incorporates a locked down web browser that is protected against malware from the host PC and allows configuration to enable users to visit only specific websites. The IronKey service is available with an integrated RSA SecurID software token which generates one-time passwords.

In addition, the IronKey service encompasses software centralized management abilities for policy control and reporting.

In a recent and related development , US financial institution Bank of North Carolina has implemented the IronKey Trusted Access for Banking service to its online banking system.
