US financial services technology provider Fiserv has expanded its relationship with US financial services company Founders Federal Credit Union (Founders). Under the terms of the new agreement, Fiserv is set to provide Founders with its Corillian Online and Mobiliti suites that deliver online, mobile and tablet banking services.

The credit union has thus added new online banking capabilities through Corillian Online, integrating bill payment and person-to-person payment access directly into the online banking user interface. There are also plans to add personal financial management tools with AllData PFM from Fiserv. This integration will enable members to budget, track spending, review account information, transfer money and make payments from a centralised interface.

Founders has also deployed Mobiliti to enable mobile banking and payments. With access to financial information via three modes - SMS text messaging, mobile browser and downloadable mobile applications for Android and iPhone - Founders’ members can monitor account activity, locate branches and ATMs, receive alerts, transfer funds and pay bills on the go. The credit union plans to add Mobile Source Capture from Fiserv so members can deposit cheques in their bank account by snapping a picture with their mobile phones. A dedicated tablet banking app is set to be made available to customers in the near future.

In recent news, financial institution First National Community Bank (FNCB) has selected the DNA account processing platform from Open Solutions, part of US financial services technology company Fiserv.
