Hancock Bank deploys online business banking platform from NCR

US financial services provider Hancock Bank has teamed up with retail and financial technology company NCR to deploy a customized online business banking platform developed by the latter.

NCR’s Aptra Online Business Banking is designed to provide small business customers with specialised tools for cash management and integrates with Hancock Bank’s existing online consumer banking offering from NCR.

Aptra allows Hancock Bank to provide its business customers with cash management functions such as business-oriented bill payment, automated wire transfers and automated clearing house services, access management services and account monitoring services.

Additionally, Aptra Online Banking has allowed Hancock Bank to develop a customised, automated online enrolment feature, enhanced, multifactor authentication for added security and a specialized user interface for bill payment providers, as well as electronic payment archives.
