Jack Henry Banking division, First Commonwealth Bank to provide enterprise automation solutions

The Jack Henry Banking division of Jack Henry & Associates, a provider of technology solutions and payment processing services for the financial services industry has teamed up with US-based financial institution First Commonwealth Bank to provide the latter with the SilverLake System processing platform for enterprise-wide automation.

First Commonwealth Bank will install SilverLake in-house, as well as outsource certain data processing functions.

In addition to SilverLake, First Commonwealth Bank will initially implement an array of Jack Henry Bankings solutions including Vertex Teller Automation System, ArgoKeys DepositKeys account opening and administration, NetTeller Online Banking, NetTeller Cash Management; the iPay OneClick retail online bill payments solution, OurCashFlow online financial management (OFM), the Opening Act online deposit and loan account opening solution;goDough mobile banking, the DirectLine OFX Internet banking solution for PC-based financial management systems, iTalk telephone banking service, the Synapsys sales, marketing, and customer service solution, Relationship Profitability Management (RPM), Cognos 10 business intelligence and enterprise reporting, jhaKnow data warehousing, analysis, and reporting; components of the Synergy Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, components of the Yellow Hammer fraud detection and prevention suite, jhaCall Center and others.

Jack Henry Banking currently serves 1,300 banks as a single source for integrated, enterprise-wide automation and as a single point of contact and support.
