The company has chosen Vasco’s Digipass 250 to secure access to its online banking application, “Crelan-online.be”.Under the deal, Landbouwkrediet/ Crédit Agricole is set to deploy a two-factor authentication service from Vasco.
Via the “Crelan-online.be”, customers can access their Landbouwkrediet/ Crédit Agricole accounts from any PC with an internet browser. The application enables them to check their investment portfolio and saving accounts, make money transactions as well as pay bills online.
To access the “Crelan-online.be” application, the users must have a Digipass authenticator. User identification paired with a serial number of the Digipass authenticator and a one-time Digipass generated password need to be introduced to activate the service.
