Maybank Philippines to roll out online banking capabilities

Financial institution Maybank Philippines is planning to provide its customers with a new service, namely online banking, media outlet bworldonline.com reports.

According to the source, the bank aims to expand its consumers lending business for the company’s fiscal year 2011 starting July 2011 and ending June 2011. Thus, Maybank is expected to introduce internet banking services for its customers.

In addition, the source reports that the bank is planning to expand its branch network by opening two new branches located in the Fort Global City and McKinley Hill in Taguig city, the Philippines.
