Norway: Skandiabanken online bank goes live with Menigas PFM solution

Skandiabanken Norway has implemented the Personal Finance Management (PFM) Solution powered by Meniga, the provider of personal finance software for European banks and financial institutions.

The PFM solution has been integrated fully with Skandiabanken‘s online bank and has become available since 15 March as part of the online bank under the name „Min Økonomi“ (My Finances). The solution provides Skandiabanken‘s customers with capabilities that include automatic categorization of expenses, multiple visual reports and personalized budget based on past spending behaviour.

Established in April 2000, Skandiabanken is the internet bank in Norway for privaten customers. The internet bank offers an independent portal for funds & long-term savings and it currently serves 350.000 retail customers. Skandiabanken Norway is a branch of the Swedish based Skandiabanken AB and owned by the Financial Services group Skandia.

Menigas focus is to enable banks to leverage PFM usage data to reach their goals through personalized recommendations and segmentation.
