OCBC Bank to roll out banking and trading applications on the iPad

The Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, a financial services provider in Southeast Asia, has revealed plans to roll out banking and securities trading services on iPad in July 2010.

OCBC’s online banking-based mobile application for iPad is expected to provide its users with access to a suite of banking services such as online bill payments, fund transfers, credit card transactions tracking, bank account and balance monitoring.

Moreover, iOCBC TradeMobile application is set to offer users the ability to monitor stocks and market indices as well as trade into 14 local and foreign securities exchanges.

OCBC Bank has a network of more than 500 branches and offices in 15 countries and territories, including 382 branches and offices in Indonesia operated by its subsidiary, Bank OCBC NISP.
