Online Resources, an online financial services provider, has signed a multi-year agreement with American Heritage Federal Credit Union for the company’s Architect retail banking software service.

Under the terms of this agreement, American Heritage FCU is set to convert to Online Resources’ system at the beginning of 2012. In addition, via the new banking service, the Credit Union gains access to tools and technology which enables the company to control the administration and future enhancement of the service.

By using the Architect software, American Heritage’s members will be able to tailor the interface to meet their needs.

The Architect software also includes features like online account opening, personal financial management, one-to-one marketing and social media integration.

American Heritage Federal Credit Union has branches in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.

In August 2011, Online Resources also entered a multi-year agreement with US farm insurance provider Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance to tap the latter’s online bill payment offering.
