Designed as a complementary channel to PNC’s existing online banking portal for corporate customers, the m-banking app is set to enable users to carry out a series of personal finacial management activities such as review their account balances, approve basic transactions as well as monitor incoming account alerts and notifications, via their smartphones.
The application stores no sensitive data on the device. Additional security features include token authentication, account number masking and a shorter idle timeout to protect against unauthorized use on a lost or stolen phone.
