PSCU Financial Services partners Fiserv for ZashPay P2P online bill payment service

Tuesday 28 September 2010 10:19 CET | News

US-based credit union PSCU Financial Services has signed a contract with US financial services technology company Fiserv.

As part of the agreement, PSCU will implement Fiserv’s ZashPay person-to-person (P2P) payments service into its PayLynx online bill payment platform. With ZashPay, users can send money to anyone in the US using the recipients name and e-mail address or mobile phone number. The payment is deducted directly from the senders banking account and deposited directly into the recipients account, utilizing the same secure processes as an online banking transaction.

ZashPay can be accessed through the websites of participating financial institutions, or at ZashPay.com. Users who access the service at ZashPay.com will be able to use their existing bank account to send money, and will not be required to fund a separate account.

PSCU Financial Services is an US-based credit union service organization (CUSO) which serves more than 1,500 financial institutions nationwide.
