Standard Chartered Bank launches m-banking app for the iPhone

Global financial services provider Standard Chartered Bank has rolled out an m-banking application geared at the iPhone users, chinapost.com reports.

According to the source, the m-banking application will be made available to corporate clients with S2B access, as part of Standard Chartereds “Straight2Bank” (S2B) online banking service. With S2B customers will be able to use their mobile devices in order to check their balances, make direct debit and credit transfers as well as authorize cash and trade transactions on the internet.

Standard Chartered Bank is Indias largest international bank, with 94 branches in 37 cities and a combined customer base of around 2 million retail customers.
