In addition to XP2, Tech Credit Union will implement Wisdom for financial management and ConvergeIT IVR for interactive voice response. The credit union will also gain access to Integrated Desktop feature from Fiserv, which delivers integration between XP2 and its existing debit card processing solution from Fiserv.
XP2 is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or facilities management. In recent news, Fiserv has launched a new service dubbed E-bill Introduction as part of its CheckFree RXP payment suite.
