American Bank selects TRC Interactive for online fraud prevention training

US financial services provider American Bank has selected TRC Interactive, a provider of training services to financial service industries, for an online fraud prevention training, to deliver the First Line of Defense -Fraud Detection and Loss Prevention Challenge, according to the online media outlet theopenpress.com.

First Line of Defense Fraud Detection and Loss Prevention Challenge is an online exercise for banks and credit unions to enable their staff to prevent and identify fraudulent attacks. Within the training, the American Bank participants are faced with challenges to simulate the transaction experience.

The American Bank has thirteen locations and provides commercial and personal financial products and services for their customers. It also offers non-bank services through its Trust and Asset Management department and Borden Insurance which provides personal and business property and casualty insurance as well as employee benefit services.
