Asian online payments provider AsiaPay has rolled out ePayAlert, a fraud monitoring and control management system which can help identify and prevent online fraud associated with card-not-present transactions.

The newly launched service allows banks, payment services providers (PSPs), airlines, hotels and merchants to optimise their fraud management operations. The service is able to process and check online payment transactions and provide fraud reporting and alert support.

The ePayAlert service features a series of capabilities including data format checking, blacklist control, which verifies payment information against a blacklist database and keeps these blacklisted data items, geographical checking, velocity checking, transaction limit checking, which validates limit control at bank/merchant level across different time periods, historical negative record checking, risk scoring, alerts and reporting console.

ePayAlert is available as an online service, white-labelled hosted service, or as a total solution license model.

AsiaPay is an accredited payment processor and payment gateway solution vendor for banks, certified IPSP for merchants, certified international 3D-Secure vendor for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. AsiaPay offers payment services that are multi-currency, multi-lingual, multi-card, and multi-channel together with its fraud detection and management solutions.

In recent news, AsiaPay was selected by the Japanese online store Nissen as its online and telephone order payment processing provider.
