Auction Payment Network introduces automated credit card processing

Tuesday 12 April 2011 09:20 CET | News

Online payment processing service Auction Payment Network (APN) has introduced automated credit card processing for online and on-site transactions aimed at participating auction companies, according to the online media outlet pr.auctionbytes.com.

APN is set to provide auction companies with the ability to process credit card payments. Additionally, APN also enables customers to become PCI compliant by replacing the credit card number with a token inside of the system. Via automated processing, auction companies are able to review all invoices and process credit cards from winning online bidders.

Auction Payment Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of the live auction webcasting services provider Proxibid, is compatible with most merchant processors worldwide.
