Beanstream, a payment platform with over fifteen years of experience in helping businesses of every size receive and make payments, has partnered with Visa Canada to launch Visa Checkout to Canadian merchants. Visa Checkout helps merchants improve conversions in online and mobile commerce by reducing payment friction.
Consumers are able to check out and make payment without leaving the merchant’s website. Beanstream enabled a few select merchants prior to the launch. One of the early adopters was the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, which is now providing Visa Checkout as a payment option to its members.
