Under the terms of the deal, Bigpoint’s customers across the US will be able to use Mazooma’s instant online bank transfer service to purchase virtual credits for online games. The service will be integrated into Bigpoint’s payment system, where users can choose Mazooma’s “Pay with Online Banking” option to complete their purchase, without having to enter their credit card information. Mazooma’s payment platform is available to Bigpoint users through their smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Mazooma is a payment option optimised for e-commerce, which allows consumers to fund a digital wallet or pay for digital goods using their online bank account. The company’s payment network supports 15 US banks and provides merchants with consumer access to more than 55 million US households that actively use online banking.
