BorderJump selects SafetyPay as payment service for cross border transactions

Transaction services company BorderJump has entered a partnership with US-based online payment systems developer SafetyPay to select the latter’s payment service for cross-border transactions.

As part of the deal, SafetyPay will enable BorderJump to accommodate the local currency and payment preferences of international buyers. Via SafetyPay, merchants working with BorderJump will be able to provide their international customers with the ability to pay via their local bank and currency. SafetyPay is integrated with BorderJump’s payment platform, BorderPay.

SafetyPay has partnered with 23 financial institutions and 2,000 merchants worldwide and enables online banking customers to make internet purchases from merchants and pay through their bank account.
