The gateway, which is backed by SmartVista technology, provides a single integrated interface for Aeroflot ticket sales. Via the new payment gateway, Aeroflot’s network of ticket agents and its customers will be able to purchase tickets across multiple channels, including ATMs, kiosks, payment terminals, internet, mobile, call-center, IVR. The payment gateway is PSI-DSS certified to provide industry standard security.
In recent news, BPC has also developed and integrated the Aeroflot’s frequent flyer program “Aeroflot Bonus” with the payment gateway to support points’ redemption in the purchase of tickets and services from Aeroflot’s partners. Currently, the gateway keeps records of discount coupons, manages and processes all ticket purchases using bonus miles redemption. Aeroflot Bonus members can now also use miles to purchase goods and services from the Aeroflot partner network.
