CardinalCommerce adds SafeDebit solution to its payment platform

Tuesday 15 December 2009 00:01 CET | News

US alternative payments services provider CardinalCommerce is to offer the SafeDebit online payment method for online purchases to its merchant clients via Cardinal Centinel.

As a result of the initiative, CardinalCommerce will add the SafeDebit solution to its Centinel platform. Centinel allows merchants to implement multiple payment brands with a single installation and reduces the integration efforts associated with activating additional solutions later.

The Cardinal Centinel software authentication platform enables over 30,000 merchants and merchant service providers to use payment brands such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, Amazon Payments, Bill Me Later, Ebates, eBillme, eLayaway, Google Checkout, Green Dot MoneyPak, Mazooma, MyECheck, NACHA Secure Vault Payments, PayPal, RevolutionCard and Ukash. Using technology provided by Verient, developer of products that enable merchants to customize payment choices, NYCE`s SafeDebit online payment solution enables customers to access their deposit accounts for online purchases without sharing PIN or account information at merchant websites.

Most recently, CardinalCommerce has added internet payment method Paymate to its e-commerce platform.
