Constant Contact inks deal with ProPay

Friday 24 August 2012 07:46 CET | News

Constant Contact, a company which helps small businesses, associations and non-profits connect with their customers, has inked a contract with US online payments services provider ProPay.

As part of the deal, Propay will integrate with Constant Contact’s event management product, EventSpot. Following the integration, EventSpot will enable small businesses, non-profits and associations to accept online mobile credit card payments.

The ProPay integration will offer an all-in-one merchant account and payment gateway. EventSpot customers will be able to accept credit card payments from event registrants via their merchant accounts and Authorize.net from within EventSpot, which will allow the direct payment of event fees to their account. Registrants will be able to sign up for events from the registration page and pay with a credit card without being redirected to other websites to complete the payment.

Established in 1997, ProPay offers payment services for various organizations. The company also provides payment security products designed to protect any sensitive payment data. In recent news, ProPay has extended its services to all eBay sellers by enabling them to integrate its eAuction Account.
