Digital River World Payments, a part of the Digital River family of companies, has inked an agreement with online PIN-debit technology provider Acculynk to offer online merchants the latter’s PaySecure payment method for internet PIN debit.

Following the agreement, online merchants using the Digital River World Payments or Global Commerce enterprise solutions will now have access to  Acculynks PaySecure. The payment method enbales customers to pay for online purchases with a PIN debit card.

PaySecure is currently enabled on over 3,000 merchant websites. Acculynk has partnerships with ten EFT networks to process PaySecure transactions and with six payment processors and is certified with PULSE, First Data and Master Card, among other industry companies.

Nowadays, there are more than 82 million PIN-only debit card holders in the US, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
