EPX joins forces with FedTax to implement TaxCloud

Monday 23 September 2013 08:42 CET | News

Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX), a payment processor, and FedTax, creator of TaxCloud, an internet-based sales tax management service, have joined forces to make TaxCloud available as an included option for EPX merchants.

By embedding TaxCloud within EPX’s existing systems, any merchant using EPX for payments processing will be able to comply with current and future sales tax laws in every jurisdiction in the US, at no cost.

Electronic Payment Exchange is a provider of payment solutions for merchants and banks in all payment environments and across all distribution channels. EPX offers a range of encrypted and tokenized-based payment processing services for merchants and banks in retail, e-commerce and card-not-present transactions in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.

FedTax was founded in Seattle in 2008 to offer online businesses an option to manage sales taxes.
