KCB expands online payment services to airline industry

Kenya-based financial services provider KCB Bank has extended its online payment services to the airline industry and hotels.

Under the terms of the deal, via the KCB online payment service, travel agents, airlines and retail chains are able to receive payments online. The online payments service is supported by South African travel software developer NightsBridge and is set to provide payment processing as well as booking services to online oriented consumers such as hotels, tour operators and other tourism merchants.

The KCB offers financial services through banking outlets comprising over 170 branches in Kenya, Rwanda, Southern Sudan and Tanzania.
