The newly-combined service is set to provide payment processing for Magellan’s e-commerce storefront and back-office operations with online tools and web-based reporting for reconciliation. Merchant e-Solutions offers a credit card processing service integrated with Magellan’s newly implemented web platform and e-store, dubbed NetSuite.
Via the combination of Merchant e-Solutions’ payment processing service with NetSuites e-store service, Magellan is able to automate its business processes as well as reconcile its order-to-cash transactions by eliminating the need for third-party gateways.
Merchant e-Solutions currently processes more than USD 14 billion in payments for 65,000 merchants, supporting 150 global currencies and all major credit, debit and alternative payment solutions. The company delivers services for e-commerce and card-not-present merchants.
