Wednesday 31 July 2013 07:14 CET | News

MoneyGram has entered into an agreement with Payzone Romania, a payment services operator, to provide money transfer services throughout the country.

As a result, Romanian consumers who do not have or use a bank account or credit card will be able to transfer funds. Money transfer services are now available to consumers at Payzone locations, and the agreement includes continued expansion, with MoneyGram services expected to be offered in more locations by the end of 2013.

Payzone Romania offers a range of payment services and electronic recharge services, operating the largest electronic payments network with cash from Romania from its more than 11,000 terminals all over the country.
