Under the terms of the deal, the joint companies will provide merchants with a commerce service that comprises online payments, a web storefront, integration with NetSuites financials and CRM. In addition, the Stripe payment processing service offers a new option to integrate payment functionality into SuiteCommerce, the new NetSuite commerce-aware cloud platform which enables businesses to manage B2B and B2C transactions.

NetSuite’s SuiteCloud offering includes SaaS infrastructure and the NetSuite business suite of applications: Accounting/ERP, CRM and e-commerce.
