Paymate, Chase Paymentech close payments processing deal

US alternative payment services provider Paymate Global has selected Chase Paymentech, a merchant acquirer and payment processor, to process its online payments for its small to medium size businesses.

Under the terms of the agreement, Chase Paymentech, a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase, will process Paymates credit card transactions. Chases proprietary platforms provide access to various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid stored value cards and electronic check processing.

Paymate is an approved online payment method on eBay.com, serving buyers in 57 countries and sellers in Australia, New Zealand and the US. The company has recently moved its headquarters from Australia to the US.
