Under the terms of the deal, Paymate US customers will be able to carry out payments via the American Express service. Paymate also offer Visa, Master Card and Discover payment types for the US merchants and Visa, Master Card and Discover for merchants outside of the US.
In recent news, Paymate has completed the acquisition of ACT Merchant, a provider of credit card processing and mobile payment services. Via the acquisition, Paymate is planning to expand the reach of its services by enabling businesses to carry out transactions via smartphones and other types of mobile devices.
