In order to gain access to the card’s online functionality and capabilities, cardholders will have to link the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard to a PayPal account. For offline use, consumers can withdraw cash from ATMs and load money onto the card by direct deposit or at over 100,000 reload locations across the US.
In addition, the prepaid card also features an online Payback Rewards, an optional savings account, account alerts via text message and online budgeting tools.
The card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bancorp.
