Paytm to offer e-wallet services directly to merchant customers

Thursday 31 March 2016 00:58 CET | News

Paytm, a mobile commerce platform, has decided to offer its services directly to merchant customers and not through merchant aggregators like Justpay, Ezetap, FTcash.

Partner merchants will have to enter into direct agreements with Paytm instead, and complete the process of payment on the company’s platform.

Paytm has sent termination notices to couple of payment aggregators. Merchants are backing this decision as they consider it convenient for their business, firstpost.com reports.

Paytm does more than 120 million transactions of various digital and physical goods every month.
