Under the terms of the deal, Prima Payments will distribute Phoenix’s PaySecure across Canada to Independent Sales Organizations (ISO’s) which focus on small to medium enterprises (SME’s) including restaurants and convenience store franchises.
PaySecure has been developed to help merchants achieve and maintain compliance with PCI data security standards and is aimed at reducing fraud. Canada is the third country Phoenix has launched into in 2012 after similar launches in Europe and the US earlier this year.
